The Restoration Process

Step 1: Quotation

Send us your information, along with the make, model, and serial number of the piano you’d like to have restored. We’ll set up a visit to inspect the condition of your instrument and supply a quotation.

Step 2: Review Quotation and Deposit

Once you have received the quotation, you tell us how much or how little of the restoration process you would like to undertake. Need just the action restored? No problem. Need a custom finish? We work with your colour swatches. We can also completely rebuild your piano using components from the original maker. Once we have satisfied your questions and agreed on the work, we will take a 50% deposit.

Step 3: Pick-up

We pick up the piano and provide you with a complimentary piano rental during the time your piano is away from home.

Step 4: Workshop Visit

Once we complete the work specified, you will be invited for a workshop visit, at which point you will be able to view and try your restored instrument. This is when the remaining 50% of the balance is due.

Step 5: Your Piano Returns

After your workshop visit and balance payment, your piano is ready to return home. Your technician will contact you to schedule a tuning 3-5 weeks after delivery.
